Dialogue 360° - From gender bias to gender partnership: Youth-led pathways to equality
Promoting gender equality, allyship, inclusion, and youth participation through dialogue, digital storytelling, and 360° empathy experiences.
Dialogue 360° is an Erasmus+ project that brings together partners from Lithuania, Greece, and Spain to support young people and youth workers in challenging gender stereotypes and building more inclusive communities. Through non-formal education, dialogue circles, co-creation activities, and 360°/VR empathy experiences, the project will develop the Digital Equality Compass – a practical toolkit for youth workers, educators, and organisations working with young people across Europe.

Why this matter
Gender stereotypes still shape the way young people see themselves, express emotions, choose opportunities and participate in society. Girls and young women may face expectations about appearance, behaviour or leadership, while boys and young men are often pressured to hide emotions, be “strong”, or avoid conversations about equality.
Dialogue 360° matters because gender equality is not only a women’s issue — it is a shared responsibility. By involving young people, youth workers and especially young men as allies, the project creates space for honest dialogue, empathy and cooperation.
Through creative methods, 360° storytelling and the Digital Equality Compass, the project helps young people challenge stereotypes, understand different perspectives and take small but meaningful actions toward more inclusive communities.
